Lufa farms usually has interesting Radishes. Right now they have black radishes, Daikon and white japanese turnip on their market place. The white japanese turnips is one of the most amazing things I have ever tasted. Raw they are sweet and radishy and crunchy and delicious.

Atwater Market. Mme Pinsonneault (across from fishmonger) has watermelon radishes as well as black ones. You can ask if there are other types but those were the two on display when I passed by this morning.
