Steak and non steak on near the strip

I enjoy a good rib eye, my friend does not eat beef. I would like to find a restaurant that is good at non steak options too. I would hate to watch my friend eat a dried out chicken breast while I dig into a juicy steak.

If it is medium range budget wise that would be a plus.

I would consider medium to be under $40 for a rib eye. Although having said that I would pay more for a good steak. My friend is a little more budget conscious though. So non beef entrees should be under $30.

Canal Street at the Orleans http://www.orleanscasino.com/dine/can...
If you don't mind going downtown, there is The Flame at the El Cortez

One other option is Mon Ami Gabi at Paris. They have an out door patio overlooking the Bellagio fountains.

I'd also consider Andiamo's at the D. Had a very good meal there recently, and there are some nice pasta options; also a killer tableside caeser.
