There's a feeling of fall in the air in Los Angeles, and I'm wondering what everyone's conjuring up in their kitchens? We're thinking about making some yummy soup and quick breads!

House already smells fabulous and the tomatoes are not even in the pot for their three-plus hour simmer.
Here in Austin...lamb with Moroccan spices, black oil cured olives, preserved lemon, and, near the end, zucchini and dried apricots, over faro.
