Was just there last Sunday. Had Dumplings in Chili Oil, Spicy Crispy Cucumber, Dan Dan Noodles, Wonton Soup for appetizers. For Entrees we had Dry Pot Style with Beef, Garlic Sauce Style with Chicken, Pork Lo Mein, Dry Pepper Style with Chicken. Everything was delicious. Location has a parking lot so you won't get towed like we did when we went to Old City in Pa. If you don't like hot and spicy this is not the place for you. Enjoy

Dry Pot Style is your choice of one of seven meats served in a mini wok & cooked in a spicy hot pepper sauce with black mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and Sichuan peppercorns. Spice level is a ten.

Well the waiting is over just returned from an amazing dinner with =Mark at Han Dynasty in Cherry Hill. A nice modern looking hip restaurant atmosphere, we were welcomed by the manager & seated......I enjoyed the two page menu which made it so easy to browse and choose our dishes. For the ones we didn't know we asked and they were informatively explained in detail.
We opened with the Wontons in Chili Oil (6) heat level which are to die for the wrapper was so thin and light with a sauce that was perfectly spiced, Dan Dan Noodles (8) was a special treat also almost tasted like a spicy cold sesame noodle dish excellent, followed by Pork Belly In Garlic Sauce (6) outstanding. .for our entrees we ordered..Dry Pot Style Lamb (10) served in a sizzling mini wok at our tableside and cooked in a spicy hot pot sauce with black mushrooms, bamboo shoots, bell peppers, and sichuan peppercorns., & Dry Fry Style Beef (6) triple flash fried with dry peppers, celery, bamboo shoots, and sichuan peppercorns. There were so many more dishes we will have to return for next time,...Han Dynasty is the "REAL DEAL" and the heat levels had a sweat running down the side of my face in a good way, which enhanced the flavor & let you still taste the delicious food. I seriously can't wait to go back again,....if you like spicy Asian food do yourself a favor and get there asap !

            Enjoy

This meal was so good, it was way worth the 2 hour trip to get there. Spicy dishes that amazed with flavor and texture. They really know how to prepare spicy Szechuan food with great heat without overwhelming all the flavors.

I could go into great detail describing each dish, and have a number of photos, but don't want to risk going "off topic."

I was working in Philly today afterwards on the way home I stopped at Han Dynasty again for an early dinner...and boy was I glad I did....ordered the Dumplings in Hot Chili Oil simply amazing and Sichuan Garlic style Chicken that I bumped up to an 8 heat level I was in heaven!! Washed it down with a Mexican coke..........whats that you ask?.....Mexican Coca cola brewed in Mexico has real cane sugar vs the artificial stuff in coke here its doesn't have any after taste. I cant wait to return to try some more dishes.
