8am layover at ATL-need recommendations for breakfast/coffee/snacks etc.

I like to eat healthy, I'm semi-vegetarian (eat chicken and fish, no red meat) and a super SF/ Napa Valley food brat. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

One Flew South in Terminal E is your best bet. Some of the best food & drinks in Atlanta (not just at the airport, but in the city)

One Flew South isn't open until 11 am. The OP has an 8 am layover.

Do you mean you are staying in the airport?
You like to eat healthy, you're kind of a vegetarian, and you're a food brat from Napa?
Wow. Tough crowd for a southern airport. Do you eat eggs and grits?

Yes my layover is 2 hours so I will want to stay in the airport. I'm super picky I know!

          Which Concourse?

ATL is a huge airport. 2 hours in airport time is like 20 minutes in real time.

Knowing which Concourse you are arriving in, or better yet, which one you are departing from will help us narrow the choices down for you.

Fortunately for you, ATL is one of the better "eating" airports in the U.S.
