Where do you get fresh clams in the Pasadena area? I want to make Paella and need some soon please.
Consider visiting an Asian supermarket they usually have live clams in tanks for a decent price
If you can wait until Saturday, the fish vendor at the farmers' market is a good bet.
Thanks! I forgot about the farmer's market!
Check with San Marino Seafood http://www.sanmarinoseafood.com/index...
Fish King in Glendale isn't too far from Pasadena.
Second Fish King. They carry both Manila and littleneck. Costco often carries both clams and mussels. Good quality, but large quantity. Whole Foods has been much better with seafood lately, and you can get squid there as well as clams and mussels.
3rd Fish King. They also have seattle butter clams witch I prefer to manila & littleneck.
