Recommendations for beef tendon noodle soup in Hong Kong

I'm looking for recommendations for a good beef tendon noodle soup on the Kowloon side of Hong Kong. Most places seem to specialize in beef brisket so it's been hard to find specific reviews relating to beef tendon. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  1. For 'Cantonese' style braised tendons, almost ALL wonton noodle outfits serve that. On Kowloon side, Mak Man Kee's version is flavorful and chopstick tender. Mak's, Chee Kee and 'Jor Lun Yau Lay' inside Whampoo Garden in Hung Hum are all acceptable by chowhounder's standard.
