Where to try next....

Thanks to wonderful suggestions in past posts I have experienced great dining on my past 3 recent trips to Miami. It looks like I'll be taking one more before year's end and need a bit of input on where to go next. I've made 3 visits to The Bazaar-excellent and Ola-very good, 2 to Michaels Genuine-very good, 1 to Naoe- amazing, and one to Michy's- I was not impressed and would not go back. I'm looking for somewhere seafood heavy, not Italian and not having a counterpart in NYC where I live. I believe stone crab will be in season on my next trip so I am assuming that Joe's is a must do. I am vacillating between the following The River Oyster Bar or Edge Steak and Bar, Cypress Room or Restaurant Michael Schwartz, Makoto or Zuma. I really appreciate all input.

  1. Also I may only be there 3 nights, not 4 so which 3 would be on top?

    1. I would do
      Joe's - opens October 15th
      Makoto
      Edge or the Dutch (I like them both slightly more than river oyster but can't tell you which I like better between the two -- they are too close in seafood).

      I would also try to sneak in My Ceviche for lunch.

        I have gone to My Ceviche, yum. Their is a Dutch in NY so it's not on my list just yet. I want to try places I can't find in NY

          Do edge then. But you should know that there is almost no overlap on dishes between the dutch nyc and miami.

            I did notice that, do you feel the Dutch far exceeds my other choices?

              Nah, it is about as good as edge, maybe a little better.
