Does anyone know if this can be bought locally?

Thanks!

      1. I feel like I've seen this at Chez Vito, Fairmount corner St Urbain.

        1. Looks like it's not sold in Montreal. I was able to find at: https://www.gustiamo.com/ in the Bronx, NY
          They ship to Montreal.

          1. I saw some last weekend at the Bourassa in St-Jovite.

            1. Odd, I'm sure I've seen some nearby; remember the distinctive box. Perhaps at Capitol? (JTM) or else at Milano. Capitol also has a store in Duvernay, Laval.

I don't remember seeing them at Capitol (and I was there yesterday), but Milano definitely.

I called two weeks ago and was told they do not stock Martelli pasta. Called again today - same answer.
Well, I guess I better go see at Milano for myself.

Maybe they just stopped? Did you try Diabolissimo?

                    1. re: JedZ

Saw them today at Milano. They were 4.95$.

                      1. re: Glaff

Thanks, Glaff. I knew it was either Capitol or Milano...

May I ask what makes them so special - as compared with other "quality", premium-price pastas?

                        1. re: lagatta

Glaff...Thanks - I will make the pilgrimage to Milano this weekend. Disappointed they could not give me an accurate answer when I called...twice.
Lagatta - Martelli just shows up on so many 'best pasta' lists. Of course, in the premium pasta category, so does Rustichella d-Abruzzo. And that's available now at my local Metro - also for around $5.50.
                          Thanks again!

                          1. re: lagatta

Absolutely nothing from what I tasted. I prefer Rustichella d'Abruzzo

                  2. They're always in special at 4$ at Milano these days... if you tried and liked them!

Thanks Glaff - I did find them at Milano last year. But, like you, I prefer Rustichella d'Abruzzo.
