Michigan Maple Cutting Boards

  • 1

Any long term review / feedback on their boards.
Need to buy a new board.....
Otherwise, I'll cough up the big bucks for the Boardsmith

  1. This may be a late response, but I have two Michigan maple boards. I have a round 15" end grain board that is about five years old and a 12" X 18" that is about four. I would give both an A-. There is a slight separation in a couple of the end pieces, but this could be due to me not properly drying the board. The rectangular board, again perhaps to not being dried properly, has a few minor cracks at the joints, but nothing serious. No warping on either. I have been oiling them more frequently and they seem to like that.
