Cheese of the Month's first cycle has concluded. We've had some delicious fun along the way! There's so much more to discover!

A new cycle of COTM's begins in October. Please look for an announcement seeking volunteers to cover COTM's for the next six months. Feel free to refer to the current input thread (below) for cheese selections or bring your own creative ideas to a future COTM!

        Oh, you're a natural!

        I'd recommend two diff ways to go:

        pick 2-3 diff cheeses for the month and create a virtual cheese plate (could be fun) or

        pick a specific cheese category and let the participants in the thread share what they bought/ate/enjoyed/didn't care for under that category. I tried this in Sept with goat cheese.

        Only rule is this: have fun.

            Hmmm, I believe it's you and that Ridge is providing oversight for the next 6 months and setting up a volunteer page but ck with Ridge.
