Buying a new food processor

My old cuisinart needs 3 new parts, so figured I would just buy a new one. I have decided on the Cuisinart elite because the base is metal, and I want a bigger size one. Here is my quandry. The 14 cup can be had for 240 $ but I could get the 16 cup at Williams Sonoma (they for some unkown reason are the only ones who sell the 16 cup) for 60 dollars more. Is is worth it? Does anyone have either of these, and do you like it or hate it?

I have the 14-cup and it's a solid machine. Very happy with it. I believe I paid under $200 as part of a Black Friday deal. I have a 30-year-old DLC7, but that really doesn't get used anymore.

I don't think you need the extra two cups really, but it is your decision

I'm tired of replacing food processors because the bowl parts fail. I've tried KA and Cusinart. This will be my next one:

I have the 14 cup, it was a Christmas gift and after using it since then, I am very happy with it. I process a lot of sliced/diced veggies and the 14 cup is large enough that I never wish for a larger one.

I seem to remember the cost of mine was $180 or so.
