Cotton candy in Seattle, fresh all day?

I just had a big hankering for cotton candy, which is so much better immediately after it's made.

What places in town make it to order whenever they're open? I usually think of Seattle Fudge, but they tend to make it in giant batches. I think they do this at the new version of Von's on first, too.

Thanks for any assistance you can provide!

Maybe Unicorn? Seems like the kind of things they might do. Otherwise, I have no idea.

Cotton candy is such a disaster in the rain, I just don't think of it as a Seattle weather-friendly item. Good luck.

I discovered today the Seattle Fudge makes all of its cotton candy in the first hour it's open, 11-noon. It took some wrangling (There's not enough room in their new location for making cotton candy, so they now make it in a vacant space across the armory.), but they were willing to sell us a just-made cone.

I'm still interested in places where it's an easier feat to pull off, if you know of any.
