Regional Chinese in Fremont

In another thread,
http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/9173...

Dustin_E asked,
"do you have a list off the top of your head of places in fremont that do a certain region/style of chinese food significantly better than in SF proper? thanks."

I'm starting this new topic because I'd like to solicit more input. I haven't spent much time in Fremont in the last couple years to be of much help beyond suggesting

Shao Mountain - Hunan

Asian Pearl - Hong Kong seafood and dim sum
http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/5928...

Yum's Bistro - Cantonese and Hong Kong seafood
http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/6731...

Places I've not tried yet but hope to some time,

Darda in Ardenwood - Islamic

QQ Noodle - Handpulled noodles

Palace Chef - Korean-Chinese

Teo Chew Noodle Shack - Teochew/Chiu Chow

Grand Harbor - Taiwanese

Surely there are more. Who else?

We have numerous threads on Afghani places in Fremont and I've been to at least four of the spots.

But let's keep this thread on-topic about Chinese, please?

Now if we could just attract the attention of some Fremont posters who might illuminate us . . .

I've been to plenty in the Fremont / Newark / Milpitas area, some which are good values, but besides Asian Pearl and Yum's Bistro, I haven't found a Chinese place in Fremont that I really enjoy or even execute to the point where I'd say I'd be back to explore more.

Have you been to any of Melanie's suggestions listed above, other than Asian Pearl and Yum's Bistro?
