Burlington, VT on a Monday?

We're going to be in Burlington just for the day on Monday. I culled a lovely list of restaurants from previous postings, but almost all are closed Mondays.

Looking for mid-morning snack.....bakeries, etc. Then a dinner we can get to on the early side so we can hit the road early. Any food other than fast.
Thanks!

  1. Mirabelles says on their web site they are open M-F at 7:00 a.m. Excellent baked goods and the breakfast/brunch options are great as well.

    1. A Single Pebble is open 7 days a week: http://www.asinglepebble.com/

      So is El Corjito: http://www.cortijovt.com/home.html

And there's Feldman's Bagels (which are AWEsome) though they're only open until 5PM. You could certainly get something just before that:

The Guild Fine Meats is deli and meat shop. You could get soup and sandwiches there, or some house made charcuterie and maybe pick up some cheese at The Cheese Traders to go with it:

I know there are several more but those are the ones off the top of my head

Thanks too, El Corjito was my choice though it may not appeal to my dining companion.

      2. If you are driving up and will be arriving (or departing) via Route 7, you may want to stop at Ferrisburgh Bakery in Ferrisburgh. It's on the west side of Route 7, next door to the post office. Open 7 days a week.

        1. Looks like San Sai is also open on mondays:

          1. Had that on my list of possibilities, thanks.
