Mrs. Dash? Do you use it? Any recommended blends?

I can never have enough spice blends, homemade or pre-mixed. I am quite salt sensitive so am on the lookout for salt-free seasonings. I really enjoy Spike seasoning, but know that Mrs. Dash is also a great salt-free mix. I really like the Original but was wondering since there seem to be a whole family of blends, if anyone had any favorites?

Onion & Herb, Tomato/Basil, and Garlic & Herb are all pretty good.

I dislike no-salt seasonings that sub other chemicals for salt.
I love Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute. Contents: onion, black pepper, celery seed, cayenne, parsley, basil, marjoram, bay leaf, oregano, thyme, savory, rosemary, cumin, mustard, coriander, garlic, carrot, orange peel, tomato granules, lemon juice powder, oil of lemon, citric acid.

Oh great day, another TJs recommendation! With the inspiration of another thread, I visited TJs again to reevaluate and fell in love last week and put it on the schedule for this week, and probably most weeks. I guess I'll add this to my list. Is it very citrusy? A lot of the lower salt seasonings I've noticed can be quite fruity.

I don't find 21 Salute to be overly citrusy and shake it into almost everything. It's along the same lines as Mrs. Dash original but I like it better.

Great, it's in the cart if it's there.

My mom is on a restricted salt diet (and potassium, which rules out salt substitutes). She really loves the Epicure brand of seasonings.

My son refuses to eat scrambled eggs unless I add some Mrs Dash to it.

Not salt free, but we really like the McCormicks Grill Mates Roasted Garlic and Herb seasoning. It's not salt free, but its not salty. It's great tossed with zucchini and potatoes with some olive oil, and then grilled, or sprinkled onto chicken before grilling. Great flavor.

I just discovered The Spice Hunter Chef's Shake and really like it. I make a lot of low carb crackers and it makes a great all purpose seasoning for them.
