Where would you suggest an authentic eating experience in that area for next week? Thanks.

In St. Michaels go to the Crab Claw restaurant right in the harbor. It is as authentic as it gets for eating crabs outside on a table with brown paper on it. They actually pull the crab boats right up to the steamer and dump the bushels straight in....it is a bit touristy but still very good and very convenient. On top of that is the fact that it is the best time of the year for crabs! Here is a tip ...order nothing but crabs there.

Thanks for the suggestion. Who serves the best crab cake?
