Anniversary Dinner in Montreal

LauraRebecca Sep 13, 2013 04:00 PM

My husband and I will be in Montreal the second weekend of October for our 11th anniversary, and I'd like to book a reservation at a nice restaurant to celebrate. We'd like to have a truly delicious meal.

I don't want to spend more than $200 for the two of us (excluding alcohol) but that doesn't necessarily mean I'm looking for 'fancy' restaurant. What I'd like is a celebratory evening with exquisite food - whether that means heading to a place dressed to the nines or dressed in jeans doesn't really matter.

On our last visit we really enjoyed EVOO.

Thanks for your help!

    chase et peche or pintxo
different prices and atmosphere,, but both are considered mtl fine dining (not comparable to real fine dining which exists outside mtl). Pintxo is small plates or tapas and then a main course.. lots of people go there there fore anniversaries; CCP not tapas, just entree and main and around the same price, a but more formal like a gentlemans clubs in my opinion. Both are fantastic options but different.

My choice would be Club Chasse et Peche.

What kind of ambiance are you looking for ?

Something like "Hotel Herman" ? or Cocagne ?
