Roadtrip from San Sebastian to Barcelona

We're driving from San Sebastian with our final destination ultimately being Barcelona. Is there anything food wise to check out in between (maybe some farms, factories, regional specialties)? Initial thoughts are Pamplona, Zaragoza, or Toulouse. Not looking to stay over night anywhere or for any white table cloth/expensive dining. Another option would be just to power through it and go straight to Barcelona. Any destinations would ultimately dictate our route to Barcelona. Thanks!

If you're into wine, I'd suggest looking into going through Haro, western rioja. You can get tours of a bunch of wineries/ vineyards and drive through some majestic landscape on your way. We went to Lopez e heredia and bodegas Baigorri, and both were great, and strikingly different.

We stopped in Zaragoza on our way from Vitoria to Barcelona, and maybe we missed the best places due to it being august, but weren't crazy about there. We much preferred Vitoria to Zaragoza. Lots of fried croquetas (good, but not much variety place to place), and sort of a let down after eating in SS for a few days.

Can't speak to Toulouse or Pamplona, but the drive on A61 / A2 is quite nice in france, rolling farms and hills.
Consider driving through Pau or hasparran / espelette as well, if you haven't already made the drive.
