Blog post about new Kosher cheese producer in our area (Raleigh, NC). Don't know who the certification is by, but the cheese maker mentioned is a Lubavitch Rabbi.

Not exactly. He is *a* Chabad rabbi who lives in Raleigh but he is not employed by the Chabad congregation. He was once, but has not been a congregational rabbi since beginning the job at the dairy. The owners of the dairy are also Jewish, but belong to a different congregation.

I know Rabbi Estrin and he is a Chabad Rabbi, however I believe that cheese making is a full time gig for him now.
