DOWNTOWN RESTAURANTS FOR KIDS?

Hi,

We're surprising our baseball-fanatic children (aged 8 and 10) with a weekend trip to Chicago. We'll be there from Saturday morning until Monday afternoon. I'd love any recommendations for great, kid-friendly restaurants. We're staying in the theatre district, but are happy to take transit anywhere. Much of Sunday will be spent at Wrigley Field. We'd love to know about any local favourites. Thanks!

You have many Pizza places that would fit the bill - Pizano's and Lou Malnati;s are excellent examples of Chicago Deep Dish or you go to the birth place of Chicago Deep Dish at Uno's or its sister restaurant Duo's

For good examples of stuffed pizza - there is Giordano's or Bacino;s

A place my kid's loved when I worked down town was the Big Bowl - it is an Asian Fusion style restaurant.
