Waterfalls INSIDE a restuarant????

Penguin817 Sep 5, 2013 03:46 PM

Ok - I am not talking about the Rain Forest café, so let's get that our of the way...

A friend of mine said she went to a restaurant in DC which a lot of locals go to. She said they had really good food, decent prices, and she remembers waterfalls inside the restaurant.....BUT she could not remember the name. Anyway have any ideas of what this restaurant might be calls??

Hey, Google Streets has a "see inside" feature for Oya. It is a beautiful restaurant.

There's a Thai place in Tyson's that has small waterfalls as part of an indoor stream. Forgettable food.

I haven't been in a while, but there was/is a water falling feature at Mama Ayesha's, really pretty actually but not exactly a waterfall. I'm guessing that's not it, but it is a sort of local place.

Does she remember the type of food or the general location?

Tara Thai? It is not a waterfall, it is a waterwall. But the only DC location is Spring Valley, and I don't think they have a waterwall. Could she at least tell you what KIND of food they served?
