Spanish style bacon

Where in Central Jersey can i find the type of bacon they serve in Spain ??

    I know that it's not in itself Spanish, but Lopes Sausage Co. does a pretty good job with anything Iberian. They are worth a try.

      I assume you mean jamon Iberico? If so I would def head to the Ironbound and Brian is right about Lopes...great products there!

        I actually meant a slightly different type of bacon.. in Spain the restaurants serve a bacon that is similar to canadian but much thinner and oh, so flavorful.... i have purchased other Spanish products from a company called La Tienda but they do not have the bacon....:(
