I just made noodle kugel (casserole with noodles, eggs and apples) to eat on Thursday. Should i refrigerate or freeze it to maintain the taste and texture?

Refrigerate, which is fine for days longer than your interval.
Freezing risks weeping after thawing, and other unwanted textural changes.

I have always frozen leftover kugel and never had a problem with weeping, or textural changes. I cut the kugel into squares (individual portions) and then individually wrap in foil. Defrost in the fridge and nuke til hot.

It freezes quite well, just make sure you wrap it thoroughly. However, between last night and Thursday, you should be fine leaving it in the fridge; just know you can freeze any leftovers if you like.
