Raleigh charcuterie?

I know various places have a meat and cheese lists, and Poole's has awesome pâté. Does anyone know where I can get a true and wonderful charcuterie plate around here?

G2B in durham has an interesting charcuterie menu with at least 10-15 things they make in house.

      J. Betski does a nice job of it. The one on Mandolin's menu looks good but I have not yet tried them.
