Wing Wan in West Hempstead has a nice variety and is always fresh as well as quite tasty!

We liked sushi metsuyan. Haven't been in a while, but it was fresh and they had some interesting rolls. There's a location in queens and in cedarhurst

Best implies that one tasted all and is in a position to state what is "His/Her" best. I think good is the "best" you will get. I happen to like the sushi from Chosen in Lawrence - my 2 cents.

On what basis do you say there is nothing better than "good"? How many places have you had sushi? And are you referring to raw fish sushi or just vegetable rolls?

I just have an issue with the word "best". What is the "best" ice cream? Well there are various flavors just like there are various rolls. By good I mean upper tier of offerings, not good as one would use in a ranking system of poor, fair, good, very good etc.

Alright alright i just meant a place that has really fresh rolls, knows how to cook rice, doesn't sit in a fridge all day, etc
