Bet wings in San Diego (new)

Victor Lieberman Aug 31, 2013 11:23 PM

Flat rock eats and drinks " braised wings" are a game changer. Marinated overnight in a spicy chili sauce. They are actually mini-drumsticks. Served with home made blue cheese dressing that is magical. I thought d street bar and grills version was good, but they are not in the same league as this new spot in Cardiff.

Best wings in SD (actually outside buffalo) are at TBG in Oceanside. Smoked for three hours then deep fried and served with house made BBQ sauce and house made Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing. They Come in Hot or Smokey...hot is the way to go IMO.. made with a base of Louisiana Crystal hot sauce.
