Indonesian Ingredients (Sambel and Bumbu Gado)
A friend of mine just returned from Bali and brought me these. Obviously the one is Sambal, the other one is Bumbu Gado. I need suggestions on how to use and store these please. I assume the Sambal can be used in stir fry's and is probably pretty spicy. I've no clue about the other one.
Once opened keep in airtight bag in the fridge?
