Indonesian Ingredients (Sambel and Bumbu Gado)

A friend of mine just returned from Bali and brought me these. Obviously the one is Sambal, the other one is Bumbu Gado. I need suggestions on how to use and store these please. I assume the Sambal can be used in stir fry's and is probably pretty spicy. I've no clue about the other one.

Once opened keep in airtight bag in the fridge?

  1. Your Bumbu Gado Gado is a premade Gado Gado Peanut Sauce or a Dry mix that you need to add Water to.
    Your Sambal Pecel is also a Mix or premade Sauce.
