In Montreal - Where can I buy a Fridge/Freezer Thermometer PLEASE!!?

I live in Montreal and I have been trying to purchase a Fridge/Freezer Thermometer. I went to Reno Depot, Canadian TIre, Home Depot, and feel so frustrated because they do NOT carry them! Does anyone know where I may be able to purchase one please, but not online - I wish to go to an actual store? (preferably in NDG, Snowden, Cote St. Luc, Cote Des Neiges, Lasalle areas) Thanks.

What is so special about a fridge/freezer thermometer ?
Couldn't you simply use a normal thermometer ?

Maybe try a kitchen equipment store like Ares or Monas ?

Canadian Tire does carry them, according to their website - it's possible the store you went to didn't have any in stock, but do a quick web search, and you'll find them readily available.

It's true. As does Reno Depot, which is where I bought mine.

Hmmm. I went to the Reno Depot on St. Jacques and walked around searched, and then began searching for employees! and then they started looking around, and then finally the Manager.....who informed me that Reno Depot carry building supplies (!!??) and I should go to Home Depot. So, I went to Home Depot and looked and looked and then asked different employees and finally a lady who has been there a long time told me NO, they do not carry them!
Can you please tell me which Reno Depot that you purchased yours at?
          Thanks for your reply!

Hmmm. I went to the Canadian Tire on St. Jacques, and even asked the Manager after attempting to find one myself, and then asking 2 stock clerks who attempted to walk around the store searching, and they all told me NO. Perhaps it is available on their website though, I have heard that this is what does sometimes happen. Thanks for your reply anyways.

Go to their website, do a search for the item, get the item number. Here's the link
            http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/browse...

THEN call the store, and ask if they have it in stock, and if so, what aisle is it located in. Sometimes items are listed as in stock, when they aren't, but this particular item seems to be readily available at most Canadian Tire stores in the area.

YAY!! THANK YOU :) VERY MUCH!! I really appreciate the information - link, which you have provided for me, and the very clever advice!!! I hope all of the employees and the Manager at the St. Jacques store may have all been wrong, and that they WILL have it!! I will let you know the outcome! :)
              hopefully it will be positive!

The tube-style thermometre is in stock at the Canadian Tire store on Cote-des-Neiges. Did you ask properly?

"The tube-style thermometre" which you are referring to ....
is it an actual freezer/fridge thermometer? Thanks.

Yes it is. You can find them in the kitchenware area if you oh, look. If you're looking for a specific model of thermometer then go to kitchen supply or shop online.

Any restaurant or kitchen supply store will have one. Mona's on Park Ave does.
