Ideas for using Maple Fleur de Sel?
I recently purchased a can of "Maple Fleur de Sel" (which is fleur de sel flakes mixed with pure maple sugar) on a trip to Quebec. It looks delicious but I am stumped as to what to use it for! Any ideas?

Wow! That sounds really amazing....
I would try it first on a thick slice of toast with unsalted butter and the salt to see how strong the flavor is.
-A grilled cheese (using mild flavored cheese) with slices of apple and the salt
- ontop of roasted peaches
- sprinkled on oatmeal
- on strawberries with basalmic and vanilla ice cream
I would suggest to only use it as a "finishing salt" after cooking, the flavor may dissipate or change when cooked
