Mighty fine dining

My husband I had to go down to Buford GA last week before last. We were driving, helping to get my mom's house ready for the market.
Dinner in Nashville at Husk was delectable. I was so glad we could get a reservation. The reservation was for 5:30 PM but we were traveling to Eastern Time so that was fine after looking at the menu and having a glass of wine we were ready to order. The place filled up quickly. At dinner I had Fried Chicken Skins with a sweet and spicy sauce drizzled over them and my husband had an Asian style lettuce wrap with crunchy strips of pigs ears and a nice spicy sauce. For the main I had Shrimp and Grits with Fried Okra. We cannot remember exactly wht he had that night but we were very happy and will definitely go back when we can or to its sister restaurant in Charleston, SC. We were staying at a hotel across from the Frist museum. We checked it out before heading to Birmingham. It was an exhibit of Art Deco cars. Check out CBS Sunday Morning (today8/18) for a look. It was quite an exhibition.
