Help! EARLY Thursday break-Lunch Sunday in Nashville

t
thatswhatshemade Aug 13, 2013 03:26 PM

Taking a lovers getaway to Nashville, and come from a food barren area. Am originally from Texas, so think I know my way around food, and want some great experiences while I am there. Staying in the downtown area, but not afraid to cab it. Eating all meals out!!!

Thank you in advance for any help.

    Arnold's for meat & three.
Hattie B's for Nashville hot chicken
Rolf & Daughters, City House, Etch, Silo, Husk for more casual/fine dining.

Any type of cuisine or price point that you're trying to stick to?

It's kind of up in the air because it's a romantic getaway. I just wanted to be sure I didn't miss any must haves!!!

      Thanks for the reply!!

      Breakfast:
Fido. They have a real chef.

Monell's (also for dinner but not romantic, served family-style; but don't let that deter you, it's great)

      Dinner:
      Germantown cafe

I've been wanting to try Sardinia ($ardinia, if you get my meaning)

      Margot Cafe

Capitol Grille, it's right downtown... be sure to check out the legendary mens' room (seriously).

      And what pete k said.
