cheapest odd cuts (meat)

Is there a single butcher (or other) you can recommend that sells *cheap* bits? Any animal, things like chicken necks, hearts, beef/pork/lamb bits (incl. cheap stewing cubes) and bobs (a combo of meat AND bone is best). I feed my dogs raw and currently this means a schlep to get different items, I'd love to be able to go to one place and get an assortment. Human grade stuff because I sometimes use it, too. Plateau/downtown area is best but I'll travel for a good deal. Currently use Alim Pot - should I just stick with them?
