Which restaurant has the most beautifully (plated) food?
Pretentious, sure. But we eat with our eyes as much as we do with our mouths.
So with that said, my vote goes to Jungsik.

Three places: L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, Kajitsu under chef Nishihara, Corton.... These are all either closed or the chef has been replaced (Kajitsu).
Now, the Elm by the same chef as Corton (chef Liebrandt), Picholine, and Caviar Russe (photos attached).
I agree with Jungsik and I really like some plates at the Modern dining room.
Corton, wether it was pretentious or not, it was pretty amazing..
