The Good Cook?
Does anyone have insight as to what is happening with this cookbook resource.
Their web & computer underpinnings must be in some serious disarray. I placed an order, and was surprised to see it as still 'being processed' a full week later, with the PayPal payment not having been removed from my account. Imagine my surprise to see the books on my doorstep the next day, and on checking, find that their computer still sees the order as 'being processed', and the PayPal payment still not deducted.
I'll give them all of Monday, the next business day, to catch up with reality, but if nothing's changed by noon Tuesday, will call to get the money cleared and order acknowledged -- it matters because these two books complete my membership buying requirements, necessary for me to quit while 'ahead'.
