Porter Exchange, not Sapporo

So often when I'm working from home I will go to Sapporo for lunch. Often when I go to Sapporo for lunch there's a line which I'm unwilling to stand in, and I usually wander over to Rod Dee instead.
It occurred to me today that there are usually tons of seats at the other spots, so I'm curious - if you were to not go to Sapporo, where would you go in the Exchange and what would you get? I'm not much for seafood so would prefer non-seafood (including sushi) options.
Have you been to Ittyo recently? I used to love that place, but they changed owners/chefs and it was truly awful last time I went (a month or two ago). So disappointing.
I really like Cho Cho. And they often have seats when the smaller places are full. My favorite is the dolsot bibimbap.
Chocho's - bibimbap
Cafe Mami - port cutlet curry, spicy yakidon, yakiniku tofu set
Bluefin - mackerel set
Cafe Mami has been getting bad reviews here recently, but for the 3 things I usually get, I haven't noticed a big drop. Months ago I did once get a pork cutlet curry that seemed very heavy on breading and not on pork, but it was a one-off.
I used to like the katsudon at Ittyo but it was pretty bad the last time I got it several months ago.
I occasionally go to Tampopo thinking I should give it another shot, but I always leave unsatisfied.
LOVE tonkatsu-don at Tampopo. My kids eat the tempura happily, and husband often has a curry bowl. Very happy.
cafe mami - gyu don, yaki don, katsu, tatsuta age, curry rice, hamburg sets
tampopo - tempura, korokke, katsu, kara age
cho cho's - soondubu
ittyo - donburi, zaru soba
