Without knowing length of stay, budget and standards, you're asking a lot of people and will probably not get helpful suggestions.
I could spend a year in Lucca and not get bored with the restaurants. A short drive up into the hills on the Ligurian side and another series of gems.
Same for Grieve.

In Lucca, Trattoria da Leo is very good for lunch. Buca San Antonio is good for dinner.
