Looking for another Bilbouquet

I've got friends visiting from Geneva Friday night. When we all works together, we loved meeting at Bilbouquet for dinner. I've since moved to Connecticut and rarely make it into the city for dining. My husband wants to go to Le Bernardin, which is far fancier than I was anticipating. Any ideas? I know how vague this is, but basically I'm just looking for a restaurant with good food that has some buzz.

  1. This is vague! However, EMP, Jean Georges, Marea, Picholine all have nice buzzes. Maybe the Modern would work.

Thank you! Perfect advice. I'm going to start my phone call/open table tries.

    2. What kind of restaurant was Bilbouquet?

How many people in your party?

      What's your budget?

You'll be greatly constrained as to where you can get a reservation this late... Are you willing to eat early or late? Wait for a table?

Thanks you for the reply! I managed to get a reservation at Jean Georges so we're going to go with that.
