Bring a cooler and pick up a frozen, deboned chicken stuffed with crawfish at Buc-ees in Madisonville, and a smoked pepper pork tenderloin at Woody's in Centerville. Both are extraordinary and one of a kind. Also, you can eat something there.
When's the last time you went there? I stopped by earlier this year and the quality is nowhere near what I remember. Granted, it may just be a change in perception from having such a remarkable improvement in bbq here locally.
