What was in the sandwich? How did they use molecular gastronomy? Can you fill us in on any more details?

First they toasted the breadwith a blow torch. Then then used a squeeze bottkle to draw lines of sauce on the bread. They then added sous vide bacon and beef. Then they mixed up some veges with sauce. They added lettuce cut finely. They then wrapped the sandwich up and cut it in half and used a pipette to put sauce on sandwich. Yum

This post inspired me to try their sandwiches - and while quite tasty, definitely best to eat that immediately after ordering. I bought one on my way home, and by the time I ate it (within 45 minutes) - the bread was completely soggy.

Still quite tasty, but not meant for take away.
