Fare Start Program

Lived in Sequim several years ago but came to Seattle often to eat. I'm interested in the Fare Start program. Is it still training people for jobs in the food industry? Does it still exist? Who's the head of it now? Did they
finally get their own building with dormitory and kitchen? What is their current policy on making dinners for the general public? Please bring me
up to date.

    1. it's still a great program. not only do i try to eat there for guest chefs night, but i try to volunteer, as well.

      1. Their lunch offerings are delicious also! I always have such a hard time deciding what to get when I'm there.
