Wildwood area eats?

Heading to North Wildwood in two weeks and am always eager to hear about the latest. Maui's Doghouse is of course a go-to place for us, and I gather the Amish Market is finally open, so we will check it out. But I heard a rumor that Sharkey's Feeding Frenzy, on the causeway between WW and Cape May, is not open this year. Anyone have info?

  1. Harry's Corner on the boardwalk. Best gyros we ever had. I eat the chicken, hubs eats the lamb. Great TA reviews, all rave about the gyros.

      Thanks Jerseygirl! We'll try Harry's.
Incidentally the restaurant Jersey Girl in WW is very good. I adore their tomato soup.

Really? Never heard of it, that's awesome! I will have to look it up.

It's on Schellenger - used to be Maureen's Martini Bar some years back.

Gotcha. I doubt I will get down there this year. We went for a couple days last year and unfortunately caught the greenhead invasion. It was the weekend of the BBQ competition and we never did make it to Maui's. My hubs is still mad. I did have a fantastic Chocolate Malted Shake on the boardwalk though. A little 50's style joint that has b&w pics on the wall from the wrong eras. Lol. It was nice though. I had a turkey club made with real turkey breast, thick hunks of meat not cold cuts.
