  1. I saw your thread topic and was prepared to suggest Casa Mono. Oh well. :)

Definatly casa mono- and don't plan on sharing the plate with anyone else ;) the cauliflower a la plancha is the best dish i have ever had with cauliflower

    2. Bone marrow: Blue Ribbon, hands down. The oxtail marmalade it's served with... decadent.

Agree 100%, great portion size, delicious preparation

+1 on Blue Ribbon's bone marrow dish. My most-preferred in the city.

I second Blue Ribbon ( Izakaya) if that's the Blue Ribbon that was meant. Also the Bone Marrow at Kin Shop is really good.

No, it's the one in Soho. It's on the menu as Beef Marrow & Oxtail Marmalade. Different preparation.

Don't think Kin Shop has bone marrow on the menu any more.

            2. Greenwich Grill. They have it on their latest menu. It's a generous portion for appetizer and absolutely delicious.

              1. Bone marrow: Landmarc, Crispo

                1. Costata has a nice razor clam dish. They serve it with bits of sopressata and fennel

                  1. Bone marrow at Minetta Tavern

Had the razor clams at casa mono and they did not disappoint...the bone marrow dish changed a bit..but was still great....they had it paired with beef check...all great.
