Who's got the best stuffies?

The best I've ever had is probably at Joe's Stone Crab in Miami Beach...giant shells, big chunks of clam, sausage, Tabasco and lemon on the side.

Do any restaurants out here (LA or Santa Barbara area) make good ones? Oh, and if they happen to serve some good oysters as well, even better.

  1. I have no idea, sorry; but I was very curious to find out what a "stuffy" is.

Jack Flash, I believe "Stuffies" refer to Stuffed Clams.

    2. Connie and Ted's has stuffies. Don't know firsthand if they're good or not, and don't know anywhere else in L.A. that has them.

Going to Rhode Island in a few weeks. Gonna get my fill.
