I'm in search of a perfectly bland or salty wrap and I find that they are somehow sweetened. Any suggestions? Also I prefer kosher if possible.

How about a regular, plain flour tortilla?

      Yup, keep it simple.

When you say you find that "they" are sweetened, can you be more specific? What products are you referring to? Tortillas? Flatbreads? Is it a matter of having hfcs or sugar as a minor ingredient, or are the products you're looking at actually sweet tasting? is you goal to find something completely free of hfcs or sugar?

It's mostly about the flavor, not health reasons. I'm look on the packaging and report back.

Have you tried the whole grain tortillas from Santa Fe Tortilla Company? They sell them at Sams Club (maybe Costco too?). They are very neutral in flavor.

Hmmm, will look for it, thanks. I typically buy Mission tortillas. They are sweet.

I've never noticed a sweetness to Mission tortillas. 1 gram of sugar, which doesn't come from added sugar. Ingredients (flour tortillas):
Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron,Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Vegetable Shortening (Interesterified Soybean Oil, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil and/or Palm Oil), Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate, and/or Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Calcium Sulfate), Salt, and contains 2% or less of: Preservatives (Calcium Propionate, Sorbic Acid and/or Citric Acid), Dough Conditioners (Fumaric Acid, Sodium Metabisulfite and/or Mono- and Diglycerides).

Is that the blue packaging? I mean blue letters... I wish I had one here to look.

Nope, it's the Estilo Casera, here's the website: http://www.missionfoods.com/pantry.aspx
There are several with blue labels, the ones called Carb balance. I didn't see sugar as an ingredient there, either.
They don't taste sweet to me at all.
The "original" wraps don't have added sugar, either.
Some of the other types have a very small amount of sugar. Very small.

I just picked up a package of something called "California Lavash" that is made from whole wheat flour (2 kinds), water salt, yeast, cultured wheat, and citric acid. Shouldn't be sweet. It's labelled as vegan.
