Gazpacho Question

I made some gazpacho today and have too much. I think I know the answer but - can I freeze some?

    Sure you can!

      Yes. In fact I freeze the vegetables prior to pureeing them as well since freezing weakens the cell walls and allows you to extract more flavor.
