Wine Gums in Philadelphia?

I am on the hunt for that delicious candy, Wine Gums. I'm thinking they might be found in bodega-like shops in CC that sell other European candy, but I wanted to see if anyone knew of a location for sure.

Thanks!

I would start with Gourmet of Olde City (if they are still open, the web site provides no details as to the timing for the move and new opening - which does not bode well).

I am also a Maynard's fan! You can sometimes get them at Wegmans in Cherry Hill. Wegmans always has Rowntree's Fruit Pastilles and Rowntree's Fruit Gums (both available in a box and a roll, but the box is way better). One could make an argument for either Rowntree's or Maynards....

Occasionally, you can find Rowntree's in Asian grocers (they are available in Hong Kong), but it's not a sure thing. I have never seen Maynard's in CC.

      Good luck!

Amazon.com. The Maynards are poor value, but the Gustaf's, made in The Netherlands, are decent value, and probably better than Maynards. http://www.amazon.com/Gustafs-Wine-Gu...
