Carversville store... was this a fluke?

Was eager to try it under Max Hansen. Great spot, gorgeous, tasteful planters, good-looking stuff, but... my red quinoa salad was so undercooked, it was like eating a container of wet poppy seeds. Another salad was way over-salted. Is it generally better than that? Please say yes; I want to like it.
