I am looking for duck confit in a can anywhere in CT. Has anyone seen it. Or how about vacuumed sealed in duck fat in a grocery store? Thanks!

I have seen the D'Artagnan brand of duck leg confit in a vacuum sealed plastic pouch at Balducci's in Westport and Fairway in Stamford.

Bishop's Orchards has the vac pac type from D'Artagnan.
I don't think I've seen the confit in a can in many years, except in Canada and Europe. Good Luck.

Thanks, I just found out that the brand we have had in the past "Rougie" is not available until the fall.

I picked up the D'Atagnan confit at Big Y in Branford last week
