What do you order there ?

Is there any go-to dish that you always have there ?

And do they usually offer grappa or limoncello on the house there ? or just for die hard regs ?

Second on the spaghetti with bottarga. Also like the veal chop.

Never had a bad meal there and the service has always been great despite some complaints about them fawning over celebrities while ignoring the rest of us.

      Pretty much anything.
Spaghetti Bottarga. and Roast Veal are my "go-to's."
As far as freebies, ask for olives and parmagiano to nibble on before ordering (they don't always bring it unless asked).
Nobody ever gave me a limoncello or grappa, though I am hardly a regular.

The Pasta Bolognese is the best I have ever tasted. I also love the Vittelo Tonatto. The Vittella Tonatto is some times offered as a special. I once asked for it when it was not on the menu and the chef kindly prepared it. That dish is silky pure bliss.

My hands down favorite dish here is the Ravioli Branzino: nice al dente handmade pasta filled with mild, tender branzino in a surprisingly bright tomato sauce.

The Bottarga pasta is pricey but delicious, and sometimes they run a sea urchin pasta special which is also great.

I'm not into gnocchi, but the old guy who runs the palce is known for sampling the batch every night before service and pulling it if it's not up to par, so there's that too.
